Walking to Flow

As we flow with what is most important to us and with what we are desiring to experience more of, it is a great start to transforming the way you feel, internally, and also the way you look by simply just starting.

In the coming days ahead I will share, with those who chose to be placed on our Soul-Fit list, the one month calendar I compiled for those who are ready to begin/ begin again.

The pace will be slow and steady.

If you are desiring change then it will be a fun and beautiful incremental transition for you.

Walking at least 22 minutes a day can transform your life tremendously, meditating will increase your mental focus and clarity, and assist in alleviating stress. Slow walks in the park, walking outside on the track, a walk through the halls at work, or walking on the treadmill will do the trick, so long as you move your body.

Every little bit helps so don’t worry if more than 20 minutes is not “do-able”.

The fact that you are walking, more than you normally would, is a welcomed start.

You’ll begin to feel the difference as you continue.

I would recommend getting a fit tracker or download an app to your phone that will allow you to track your steps. This is a great motivation tool and will encourage you as you incorporate your walking routines.

It will also be a reminder for you to engage in your daily walk.

I will mention here that some days it will be a nuisance when you don’t feel like doing anything. Acknowledge how you are feeling and begin to engage with yourself as to why you don’t feel like walking.

For those who are a Soul-Fit member look at your calendar and see what is scheduled for the day. If walking is on the calendar then walk anyway.
